  • Managing Director

    Managing Director and founder of Myers Planning & Associates, Steve is a town planner with 22 years’ experience across State government, local government, and private sectors. His experience and knowledge cover all facets of the statutory approvals process, including a variety of land use and development applications including child-care facilities, commercial and retail development, and medium density residential developments. He is also involved in the preparation of master plans, including greenfield estate planning, as well as a range of planning scheme amendments to facilitate land rezoning and development plans. Steve is passionate about liveable, sustainable, and workable solutions for the built environment.


  • Senior Planning Consultant

    Amanda is one of our senior planning consultants helping clients navigate the planning system providing excellent planning advice and service on a range of projects drawing from her vast knowledge of the local region. Amanda is passionate about improving the quality of our natural and built environments and continuously is exploring and learning about the diversity of the South-West region. She enjoys assisting clients with their plans and making a tangible contribution to the quality of our built and natural environments. Growing up in the Hunter Valley, NSW and studying at University of New England, Amanda graduated with a Diploma of Urban and Regional Planning.

  • Client Relationship Manager

    Originally from Christchurch, New Zealand, Andrea studied an Honours Degree in Linguistics before moving to Australia 16 years ago. Joining the team in 2022 as our Planning Assistant, Andrea assists with a variety of administration tasks. Andrea's exceptional customer service ensures a smooth process for both clients and staff. She enjoys working with clients, hearing their initial enquiry, and seeing them get their permit at the end of the process. Andrea's attention to detail is second-to-none, and she is always looking to improve the business to be as efficient and effective as possible. In her spare time Andrea loves to op shop and experiment with new recipes.


  • Principal Planner

    With a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (first class honours) and a background in local government, Cam helps clients navigate through the planning permit process and is well versed in both strategic and statutory planning practices with expert local knowledge in the South-West. With a strong interest in housing affordability sustainability and placemaking Cameron has a passionate approach to helping clients plans and visions come to life. Living locally with his wife and kids Cameron enjoys all the beachside lifestyle has to offer.

  • Development Coordinator

    A local to Warrnambool, Jason Hoy leads our Development Coordination Services and is responsible for overseeing subdivision and permit compliance works, engineering advice and photogrammetry surveys.

    With qualifications in Civil Engineering, Jason has a background as a civil designer and project manager coordinating major civil and bridge projects. Jason's career has also covered development compliance, asset management along with land and engineering surveying.

    Jason enjoys helping clients navigate complex processes and enjoys the variety the role provides. He values respect and honestly and models this through all his dealings with clients and contractors ensuring your project is delivered efficiently and effectively.

  • Marketing Manager

    Joining the team in 2022 as Marketing Manager, Emily oversees all things marketing and graphic design for Motif Brand & Design, Co.Lab, Myers Planning and Associates, Assemble and Allee Espresso. Emily has over 5 years’ experience in marketing with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Communication Design) specialising in brand strategy, graphic design, and social media marketing. She is passionate about providing engaging and quality visuals to both her team and clients.
