Steve has more than 19 years planning experience across local government, state government and private consulting. His planning knowledge covers most aspects of the profession with specialist skills in planning scheme amendments, development applications, subdivision applications, coastal development, and major project facilitation.
Steve has tertiary qualifications in Planning, Geographic Information Systems and Horticulture and is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia and the Victorian Planning and Environment Law Association.
Dan has an excellent understanding of planning matters, with a specific focus on statutory planning, strategic planning, and development facilitation. This is reinforced by a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence which ensures his work and client relationships are of the highest standard. Dan’s skills cover a variety of subjects including statutory and strategic planning, project management, development facilitation, community engagement and well-developed research skills. His work background has provided him with a depth of understanding and practical application in both statutory and strategic planning processes.
